Freakout Friday; I HEART BASS!!!

YOOOOOOOO!!!  It has been a MINUTE since I got up on here, for that I apologize but life has a way of getting in the way sometimes.  Have no fear though, I will be in FULL EFFECT for the up coming holiday week and sporadically more often from then on…Savvy?  Great!  Now that we are in agreement, I just wanted to shout out a really fun (hopefully well attended) event I will be doing tonight @ Freight Street Gallery in Waterbury.  Freight Street if you have never been there before is a pretty dope spot, a bit out of the way, but very nice as they have done significant improvements to the spot since their opening a few years back.  Any artists looking for a great place to play an ALL AGES show should seriously take a look at this venue.

So, tonight I will be rocking the jammie jams from 10pm until 2am for a rare ALL AGES set, so feel free to bring your annoying little brother for some earsplitting BASS.  Mostly rocking Electro and Dubstep tonight, but if you’ve witness the fitness live before, you know I tend to meander genre-wise…for more info click the flyer above or the link HERE to check the FB invite.  Hope to see YOU there!!!

Whuttup Wednesday!!! Recycling, Tour, Mixes…

Holy Crap!!!  Whut the F is up…it’s Halo the F-ing G…HUGE Update today that is choc-a-blok with goodies!!!  Let’s get into it cause i gotta bounce for the Halo Summer Jam Tour like right now.

First up, is this week’s Artists of the Week; MC Faceman!!!  Holler!!!

Sometimes it takes doing something a little different to get noticed. The MC Faceman knows this, which is why at the last Bondfire he jumped on stage with a megaphone for his time on the mic. I’d known The MC Faceman for a little while, and knew he was a talented emcee, but in a sea of artists, it was the megaphone that made me remember him most out of all the amazing acts I saw that night. Earlier this month The MC Faceman released the free downloadable EP 2010: The Year of The Worker Bee, and this week I caught up with him to find out more about his music, how the internet helped give him his name, and why he’s much more interested in meeting contractors and lawyers than famous people.

Ruff Mix Mondays is baaaaaack…for now

Holy Schniiiickies!!!

It’s been a minute since I posted a Ruff Mix Monday, ahhh so familiar and it’s good to be back…sort of.  I can’t say that i will continue this trend, but I will try my best.  Fair Enough???  No?  Well, I dunno what to tell you then…

AAAAAnyway, here’s a new banger I just thought up this morning (literally out of bed, straight to the studio still in my boxers…I love getting work done in my underwear with bedhead and all…Hilarious.  Sidetracked, sorry), it’s a low BPM (about 90) but kinda knocks…just tooling around with new samples I got so.  Also, just to warn you in advance, I am working on a 30-45 live set that is gonna be a BEAST…I’ll post it soon as I work a few kinks out.  Should be posting last week’s Six Feet Deep and Morning Show in their respective archives this week and will be putting together new podcasts for next week as well.  Alot cool stuff bubbling!!!  Maybe half will actually get done…HEY!  I’m not gonna lie to you and have you clamoring for stuff making me feel all ‘under the gun’.  Isn’t truth just soooo much more refreshing???  To download, click the picture below or the linke (I think that should be new slang for penis, yeah I’m 5, I know) HERE
